About me

I am a fifth year PhD candidate in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, advised by Professor Sonia MartÃnez. My work has mainly focused on set-valued state estimation and guaranteed safe control for nonlinear systems. Before that, I worked as a software engineer in the flight controls group at General Atomics. In 2019, I recieved a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UCSD.
Research interests
Robust control
Set-valued state estimation
Reachability and invariance properties of nonlinear control systems
Distributed control and optimization
I am also currently involved with the DERConnect project, where we are building a testbed for control and optimization of distributed energy resources.
